Grasser Electric Corp

I called Grasser to perform some troubleshooting at my house. I was billed $145 and basically all I could get out of the company was confirmation that the electric did not work. No recommendations, no solution, nothing just a big bill for confirming what I already new. I have emailed them and called them but received no further assistance. I paid them and now I have find somebody else who will actually do the work.
