Review: I purchased a 6 month contract for lawn and landscaping services. the services included fertilization 3 times during the 6 month, aeration and overseeding, weeding as needed, and mow every 10 days (total of 18 seesion in 6 months), provide and spread 10 yards of mulch while I was deployed.

Mulch was provided, and [redacted] mowed 9 or less times within the contract (when he did mow it was on a 14-16 day rotation). Weeding (only conducted once at the beginning), aeration, fertilization, overseeding was not conducted.

I've contacted [redacted] multiple times and he admitted to the mistakes and promised a refund. I still have yet to recieve the refund as he promised.Desired Settlement: I would like are fund of the $715 dollars within 7 days (original contract was $1765 and I've giving credit for work performed).
