We are so sorry you feel this way, but, as you know as the homeowner, this was a fresh loomed yard that being said when we left the property EVERYTHING was in working orderAs we both know the landscaper had returned to set seed/sod/or hydro it appears the landscaper has hit/broken lines and heads to cause such damage, this is not the responsibility of the irrigation company but YOUR HIRED LANDSCAPER.As far the illegal credit card, I have not idea what you are talking about, you called our office to apply for the [redacted] Financing, again YOU? CALLED? ? OUR? ? OFFICE? ? TO? APPLY? ? FOR? ? ? THE? ? ? FINANCING!!!!!!? you had to provide your date of birth, household income, social security number and drivers license number? which non of these personal things would be available to me without out you providing them to us.In closing,? all should know that as of today your lawn is now the envy of your neighborhood? ? ? ? ?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I have to completely disagree on all the points mentioned in your response: The standards are that you need to bury the pipe feet under the ground and that was not done properlyYou and your team were well aware of the work that was taking place to rebuild our backyardYou have sent the guys to fix this problem after we called your office, and you admitted the fault and they said it was due to the rocky consistency of the soil that they couldn’t do it properly the first timeI feel it was more like rush work than quality to get out of there earlier The issue with the broken sprinkler that was in a completely opposite side of the house that caused the basement to flood was also due to your team’s faultWe have contacted your though the answering service and everything is on the recordI strongly urge you to provide the records of the conversations! You have sent out the team again to fix the issue and again you agreed that it was an oversite on your teamAt first you have agreed to cover the damages by submitting the claim and we have email proof of that and now you are trying ta back paddle from making sure that this damage does not appear on your insurance and raise the premiums for youThis is completely unfair to us, since all these issues are due to job that was performed poorly by your team and to leave the homeowners with the damage costs The installation that was promised to us does not cover all the areas that were initially communicated with my husbandThe rain sensors are not working at all and we constantly have to shut down the water when it rainsThe equipment that you have installed is cheaper than was quoted and we have expressed this to you several times and you said you will get someone out here to fix it and we are still waiting for that Yes your company has advertised that you do 0% apr financingThe staff that I spoke to asked me for a few basic peace of the information to initiate the work and start the paperworkNowhere in the conversation the opening of the credit card were mentionedAt the end of the call I was told that the paperwork will be mailed to my house, nothing ever came inI received an odd credit card envelope and thought someone fraudulently opened it against my name, and then after the research it looked like your company did that without my knowledge or signatureI urge you to provide a signed paperwork for this transaction! Or any recorded phone callsI have contacted the credit card services to initiate investigation into these illegal practices! If the issues are not addressed within the next week or two, I will have to take this to court to seek the damages based on your company oversight and poor work Regards, [redacted]

I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU HAVE WROTEN BUT THIS IS WHAT OUR CONTACT SAYS: CONDITIONS: Grasshopper Irrigation will not be responsible for any underground utilities, this include underground dog fences , Pool Lines, French Drains, Gutter Pipes, Lamp post Electric Lines EtcDIG SAFE will contacted before Installation and there will be a Dig Safe number on file if neededDig Safe will Only Mark Gas, Cable, & Main House Electric We will not be liable for any possible damage as a result of boring under sidewalks, driveways, etc.(All sprinklers head adjustments will be covered for days after completed installationIf Homeowner Adjusts any heads this will void warranty.) Sprinkler system back by a full two-year manufacture warranty.PAYMENT SCHEUDLE 50% Deposit at booking, balance due upon completionA signed copy of this proposal must be returned to our office prior to installation, .If installation is cancelled by homeower there will be a fee assest as follows:under days + 25%, 16-days 50%,10-days 75% under days 100% will be recooped
