I have had no response for several weeks to my roofing panels falling off my home. I now have water marks on carpet in closet under the area affected.Unacceptable.
[redacted], Per our conversation [redacted] had been at location and he plans to go hopefully next week to slide panels back up. He has been out of the office due to a health crisis with his mother. He has all intentions of fixing the panels when he is back in the area. Thank you!
