Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
We don't feel confident that GrassKickers will respect our property boundaryMrM*** shows no interest in communicating with us regarding the legal location of our property boundary. His track record includes multiple complaints to WSDA for similar violations of boundaries while unlicensed and spraying pesticidesWe remain very concerned about our health and our landscape, especially in light of the fact that his client told us he sprayed our property multiple times, yet he claims he did this only once Sincerely,*** ***

The property line discussed with our client is clearly in fault here with this complaint and needs to be cleared up between both property ownersPlease see attached for picturesWe were only mowing and spraying weeds only in the discussed areas with our clientWhen the incident happened when we
were spraying we were within our clients propertyThat line has since been changed by complinee(see photos) At the time of first complaint our lincence had expired and we have not sprayed since at all and are in compliance with State Department of Agriculture in renewing our licenceThe only back pack item we can think of that they are referring to would be our back back blowerWe again used the property we thought and was told was our clients to access the side yard to mowWe have not since our clients neighbor moved the property line over(see pictures) We do admit fault for spraying with an expired licence and apologize and are in midst of getting our renewedAs far as spraying on their property that was never done we only sprayed the property we have discussed with our client and you can clearly see the maple tree in question lays on our clients property lineWe will only be on our clints property and have beenOur employees are now getting harassed every time they return to that address by that neighbor even though we are in compliance and not sprayingOur client has apologised to us many times for that even though they are not responsible for thisPlease also see the URL below for what we used that one time and also the dosage as requested below thatWe are a family owned small business and hope we can clear this up for ourselves, the neighbor who wrote you and our loyal client.

Complaint: [redacted]We do not accept Miles M[redacted]'s response to our complaint for the reasons that will be detailed after furnishing additional information we have received for the Revdex.com’s consideration regarding  M[redacted]’s status with WSDA’ Pesticide Compliance. Two WSDA pesticide use compliance investigators are currently preparing a report on GrassKickers that includes our complaint and 2 more similar complaints.  I was told that Mr. M[redacted] did in the past have pesticide licenses with the state, but they expired in December 2012.The WSDA investigators emailed us that M[redacted]/GrassKickers is currently not licensed, and cannot apply any pesticides to lands of another.  Revdex.com can contact the following Compliance Investigators at WSDA Pesticide Management with any questions:[redacted]Also, Mr. M[redacted] currently has an advertisement on Angie’s List stating that he possesses valid pesticide licensing from the WSDA.  (See ImageA.) The reasons we are not accepting his response are as follows:1. M[redacted] has finally told us what he remembers applying to our hill, but did not answer our question about the dates of previous applications that the neighbor stated he made so we can assess our exposures.2.  M[redacted]  states , “The property line discussed with our client is clearly in fault here with this complaint and needs to be cleared up between both property owners. Please see attached for pictures.”M[redacted]’s photos are misleading, and not relevant in determining the boundary of our property which has not changed from when it was originally platted.  He needs to ask us where our property line is, rather than imagining what we think. We have records from the Kitsap County DCD and the Assessor’s offices supporting our position.    See ImageB from the Assessor’s GIS map that shows about half of the maple M[redacted] refers to is on our land.  He had no right to come onto our land and covertly spray nor can he damage our property with drift or runoff from applications to his client’s property.  He is responsible for his own actions and he is still is not asking us to let him know where our property boundary is.3.  M[redacted] states, "Our employees are now getting harassed every time they return to that address by that neighbor even though we are in compliance and not spraying."This is a defamatory statement and we demand that you retract that, Mr. M[redacted].   You are the one who has caused us extreme suffering.  Our little rescue dog was already on palliative care due to an autoimmune blood disorder when my wife caught you spraying poison on our lawn.  This condition can be caused by exposure to pesticides/herbicides.  We went to great lengths to avoid toxic exposures, not knowing that you had been spraying our own property. Our little dog could not understand why we kept stopping him from accessing his favorite spots, including the ferns you sprayed in our side yard, during his last few months on this earth.  You let us worry for months about what you sprayed while looking at the mess you made of our hill. (See Image D.) Then you had the audacity to come back Oct. 10th, when my wife saw you and an employee getting out the chemical bottles and weed killer backpack again.  (See Image E.)  You were getting ready to spray herbicide.  Telling you that you cannot spray pesticides currently is not harassment!  Besides confronting you when you were spraying or preparing to spray on 2 occasions, she has only talked to your employees once and that was right after your spray attempt in October.  Unlike you, they are very polite and she was able to communicate where the boundary is and inform them of your lack of a license.  They reassured her that they would not be spraying that day. Our shrubs and grass are beginning to recover now that GrassKickers has not been able to spray on or adjacent to our property, but we still do not have peace of mind that they will stay off of our property.  Please do not find the response from them adequate unless M[redacted] requests our documentation of the property size and boundaries and agrees to honor it.Sincerely,[redacted]

We no longer do business on Angies list and will have that removed. We are not going to go back and forth with he said she said. It is now very clear on what we do at this clients property now and going forward. If that is what was needed from this complaint to the Revdex.com then it has been beneficial for both parties. We don't know what else to say on the matter.  We will not enter the property in dispute any longer and have not since before the first complaint to Revdex.com. We do not spay any longer at all anywhere and we are in contact with WSDA (I have letters in front of me now as I type.) I feel anything we say will not be enough. I dont have the exact date of that one application of spray. The property line was not clear at first. This needs to be discussed between the two neighbors at this point. So sorry to cause upset. We are not ever trying to do anything under the radar or be untruthful. We are a small family company and do everything we can to stay ahead and keep our good name.  Thank you for your time and happy holidays.
