Had Grassland Plumbing over our house to fix a hot water heater problem They charged us $for a visit Didn't diagnose the problem Said we needed a new hot water heater because it was years old, although it looks new We called M and M Plumbing who also came out and fixed the problem with a $part So $for Grassland and $parts and labor for M and M We called the owner to complain and request a refund and his son Josh called and left an angry voicemail message saying, "What is done is done and no refunds It's your problem." So please save yourself frustration and expense and call someone else

It was most refreshing to call a company and actually get to talk with the plumber instead of getting a scheduling agent! Josh and his dad run Grassland Plumbing. I told what problems I was experiencing with my plumbing, and Josh told me the range of pricing I could expect to have them repaired based on how complicated the job could be. It turned out that mine was a simple fix done quickly and reasonably. I will highly recommend Grassland Plumbing, Inc. to all my friends & family!
