Response, Customer called us use our lawn fertilization and weed control program on 4/13/2017. On 4/19/we applied the first fertilization and grub control to the lawn. On 5/16/we applied second fertilization and broadleaf weed control to the lawn. On 5/30/a
service call was entered to look at the lawn. On 6/12/we completed service call and left information as to problems with lawn. On 6/26/customer called and cancelled services, credit was issued to customer for remaining balance of prepaid services equal to $142.50. On 7/5/I viewed property. Lawn had not been cut for weeks and was about 12-inches in height. Neighbor, who is also our customer, said Complainant looking for solutions to fix lawn. I recommended removal of existing poor turf and reseeding lawn. Complainant called into our office and we quoted $to complete renovation of lawn. Rebuttal to customer response; It is the opinion of Grassmaster Plus that there was no damage done to the lawn from our treatments. At customer’s request, we put together a renovation plan to try and improve the lawn. everything they are saying is a lie They never gave me an offer just over the phone they told me to repair was wrong will cost $1,and when I asked about the guarantee they told me on the phone the answer was"we don't work for free" I asked for some one to come over so I could explain what was wrong and no one have come over to talk to me.The employee that came over was the one who put fertilizer on the wish grass and is what made it wirth >The supervisor *** knows all this and I asked him to come over and I am still waiting for him So as far as I am concer the case is not closeRegards,*** * ***

To begin with our lawn have never been that high. We cut the grass every week and that is with a tractor so I never hung up on them because I was looking for a solution and when he told me that they were not going to go over the damage they did he said they will do it but I have to pay for it and I asked about their warranty and his answer was We don't work for free. At that time I him I was going to contact consumer reported on TV and Revdex.com and he was the one that hung up on me. We always had one of the best looking. Lawn on our block and now is one of the wirth. And all I asked of for them to repair the damage they did.  yo
