I apologize for the damages to the sprinklers and the high water bill you have accruedI was just made aware of this situation yesterday afternoon around 4:00pm and I didn't receive any messages you had called the office for my, so again, my apologies on not getting
back in touch with youI spoke with the foreman *** right away about the situation at hand and what had been done to remedy it at that pointHe mentioned he had communicated with you that he was (1) of (2) foreman and couldn't get the time to look at or attempt to repair at handI then called *** and suggested that he hire a company to come out and repair the water linesAs of this morning, we have scheduled someone to come out and make the repairs today at 5:pm
I will be more than happy to reimburse for the water bill if you can provide the last few bills to compare them to

I apologize for any miscommunication on our part to cause this issue to drag on for some timeOur repairman called into the office yesterday and was confused on what work needed to be doneHis work order said to replace post caps, although the contract made no mention
that we had even installed post caps on the fenceHe wasn't sure exactly what needed to be done, so I called the number on the client's profile page and left a message to hopefully get some more clarificationOur phone system is being switched out this week which is why we've been a hit or miss with the phones and a message should've hopefully indicated that.
After looking further into it, I do see we were out at the property back in April, so I'm uncertain as to why our repairman was so confused on what needed to be completedOur office gal that is bilingual was out yesterday, so there was a small communication barrier between myself and our repairman ***I called one of our foreman, ***, to communicate for me to *** that he was to stay at the property and take a look at what needed to be done and get it completedLike I mentioned, he was there a few months back so I assumed it was something he would be familiar with.
I will make sure that this gets taken care of by the end of this week or beginning of next, for sureAgain, my apologies on the lack of communication on our part.
