Well, you know the old saying there's two sides to every story and this is mine.I want to start by saying Jesse dosen't listen to what the consumer want's I will and have not refered him to any body since then.First I had landscaping cloth to put down because I'm putting stone in and he said he would not or recommend doing only to find out that lanscapers recomend it when putting in stone in.second, I had some plants that I wanted and he didn't listen to that either so I just let him alone on that and to be honest, he actually did ok .third after he put the stone in he was spraying it with my water and if you don't know the township I live in charges big time for going over your usage so I told not to do it and that the rain will eventually take care of it,I caught him doing two more times and that's when I got angry.There were other things I didn't like because he took a while to finish the job,he would leave for a few days then do a little and so fourth so if I got angry a little ,I felt I had a right to after all I'm the one paying him!.Well enough said the bottom line is that he specifically said there was a one year warrenty on the plants, on 4/25/2014 I called him up and told him that some of the plants didn't come back and were dead, he didnt even come and see the plant's and said give it time.I waited a few more weeks and called him back again because I was concerned about the warrenty on the plants and he just blew me off,I just wanted him to come look at the situation and replace the plants that wre dead and he wouldn't.I have all the reciepts and It would't have been a big deal to go to *** and pick up the plants and replace them do to the one year warrentyso there you have it that's my side!. Everything else has flurished but have openings and gaps that I would like filled in again that's all I wantedI would like the plants replaced!! to resolve this issue

it is always my passion and deliberation to offer the best service I can to all who have hired me throughout the years..and any of them will tell you thatIt is also,because
horticulture is such a passion of mine, to make sure that plants are growing properly that I had a part in plantingHowever in this particular situation, I did not feel comfortable in ever setting foot on this mans property again once the job was finished, as well as there was no guarantee in the first place if anything went wrong with the plantsI did verbally tell him what to do and how to care for themWhether the advice was taken and if nature had its way in the meantime is beyond my realm of controlI had already went beyond on this job to create a nice landscape and my labor price was more than fair, which he complained about also. Because of his prior unfair harshness with me I did not feel comfortable even looking at the plants when he called me about themMaybe I should have explained that to him on the phone but did not want to upset him even more.That is the truth of the matter...as simple as thatI am sorry for the delay in my response to this matter though, and hope this problem was addressed by him or someone else in the meantimeJesse D***

Review: Contractor did not uphold his garantee with replacing plants that died within the one year warranty.plants wre purchased at [redacted] and home depot who usually garenty plants for one year.I called jesse on 4/25/14 @5:46 pm and mentioned to him that some plants had died and were not comming back so I asked what he would do about it and he stated that because of the harsh winter and that numeruos other people were complaining about this too, that he told me to wait and see if the plants come back and he would look into this with [redacted] and home depot, I assume. jesse never got back to me so I called him again th week of 6/16/14-6/20/14 (will have phone records if needed) to see what he found out and he kept saying that it was a harsh winter.I understand it was a hard winter but some of the plants that wre the same came back but a few other of the same plants didn't and he didn't offer to come and take a look to see what I'm talking about or to show him.so I expressed that I wasn't happy with lack of effort, as if he was blowing this off, and had the nerve to tell me that I was ignorant on the phone.I'm filling this complaint because I feel some of the plants should have been replaced esspecially the ones that were the same came back and that I gave him ample time to resolve this and get back to me.Desired Settlement: replace plants
