I've been ordering from them for years now, but just recently placed an order on Sunday, 11/and it didn't arrive until Monday, 11/16th - way too late for the sales I contacted them and they said it sometimes takes longer, no returns of coupons allowed So, I'm stuck with this envelope and no customer satisfaction offered Their website claims orders are usually shipped within a day or so, but no mention of what happens when they don't! I'm very unhappy, and will not order from them anymore if I cannot count on them arriving when I need them Can't afford to waste any of my hard-earned money

This person's order was returned, marked "RETURN TO SENDER ATTEMPTED - NOT KNOWN UNABLE TO FORWARD" An offer of reshipment was made and a good address requested. It is in our terms of service that all customers are required to agree to
before being allowed to place their orders, that orders that are shipped as promised do not qualify for refunds but we will offer reshipment. This order was shipped on 2-10-14, the ship date advertised on our website when her order was placed and was shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer, using the shipping method she selected. Therefore, it was shipped as promised.
We have requested a good address twice. She is highly encouraged to provide a good address to avoid any further delays as we do understand these are time sensitive materials (coupons.)

We do not offer refunds for orders that have been shipped as promised and this is detailed in the terms of service all customers are required to agree to before being allowed to checkout. That being said, we are always willing to provide a free reshipment if the post office loses the mail
piece, if the customer accidentally gave an incorrect shipping address or any other reason that the order does not arrive. We do ask that a customer gives it at least full days to allow the post office to delivery the order before asking us to reship. (Most orders, even those delayed within the postal system, will arrive within one week of shipment and before we could get a replacement order delivered.)Please contact us at *** after it has been full days since the order was shipped.Thanks you,***

FRAUDULENT COMPANY WARNING. I recently received a package of coupons I did not order (came by priority mail). I contacted the company by email no phone number was available- listed as the provider of the service and was told really ? Who would send you coupons to your Home? Be warned this cost 37 dollars.
