The contract was for me to install a tub surround that she purchased We had a contract, the work was done and she signed off on the projectBefore I even started the project I informed the her that the wall panels she purchased were very poor quality She originally called and told me there was a problem with the panels I agreed to the come back and check it out by the end of the week She then began to send me threatening texts She says I did not install studs but the the shower is on outside walls There has to be studs I will not return to have to subject myself to her threats

Gratech said they would stop over during the week to look at why all the caulk was failing less than months after the install but wouldn't reply with either a date or time, he just ignored all further messages from me asking him to tell me when they would come overI then told him that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com because I paid $7,and it was unacceptable for the installation to be failingI also questioned the quality of the work and whether they even followed the manufacturer's installation instructions for the tub surround which called for additional studs to be addedI never saw them add additional studs, I work from home so I saw everything that they were doingThe owner got very snippy with me questioning him and refused to do anything about this issue, cutting off all further contactHe also cut in to my plaster ceiling in the living room to do the installation and I now have numerous cracks in the plaster around his shoddy patch work that will need to be fixedI did tell the owner that I would take him to small claims court if I had to pay other people to fix his shoddy workI can't believe that he is claiming that is threatening and he won't do anything about the bad job that his company did in my house because I "threatened" himI should have hired a professional contractor with more than one employee, I'm sure that I'm going to have numerous issues with my bathroom and living room after what has happened in just a short time since the work was completed
