Grateful Contracting

Review: We had our bathroom remodeled by Grateful Contracting. They were finished with the bathroom in December of 2013. The tile floor of the bathroom began split and crack in January of 2014. I tried contact the contractor in January and February, 2014. I left several messages for him on his cell phone. I again tried to contact the contractor in May, 2015 and did speak with him on the phone. I reminded him of my situation with our bathroom floor and he said he would come by to look at it. He never showed up. I called the next day and left a message for him but I got no response. Several days later I called again and he answered the phone. I reminded him again of my situation, remarked that I waited for him to come by the week prior, and again, he said he would come by and look at the floor. I waited for him to show up and he never did. I called him again that morning and stated that if I didn't see him by the end of that day then I was going to file a complaint against Grateful Contracting. I did not hear from him or see him that day and have not heard from him since.Desired Settlement: I am looking for the contractor to come to my house, assess the condition of the tile floor and make any necessary repairs. The contractor claims to warranty his work for 10 years.
