I am rejecting this response because: This means (if I read it correctly) that I am still out of pocket $(shipping and $60) with nothing to show and the merchant now has two items I paid for that they can resell. This does not seem fair.Also, I'm a little confused by the reply. In the first paragraph they say they already refunded me and in the final paragraph they say they will. There is no actual mention of dollar amount. This would probably make everything clearer if they could provide this information as well

tracking that shows the item was delivered to our return address? I would need that to confirm shipment of the return, as we have no record of it and log all returns we receive. Our return policy; "Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please use our contact form and state the reason for your return request. You will be responsible for shipping, unless the item was damaged on arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process you return at our earliest convenience. I apologize for any confusion. You were refunded $55 on Aug. 18th at 3:00pm. Another $25 would be refunded on top of the $55 that was already sent. The remaining amount of $35 covers the original cost of shipment and partially covers our production cost of $30. The "out of pocket" amount you referred to on this transaction would be $35, not $80.I understand that you think this is unfair because "we can just resell them", but it is a lot more work than that selling used apparel. We also have to drastically decrease the price if we try to sell a return. This is another reason why we charge a restocking fee on our returns, unless they are damaged in transit.
