hi,I would like to let you know that my order has finally arrivedThe email address they had used was incorrectThe order was incorrect, of the "complimentary" products I was offered did not arrive, but other products were provided instead; although not what I had expected or wanted, I am just
relieved that the main order has been delivered However, I have still not received the refund as promised of the initial $418.85. in kind regards*** ***

Customer was indeed offered a free facial, which included sampling multiple high end cosmetic products and detailed explanation on each productAfter the conclusion of the free demonstration customer was offered to purchase some of the
products, which she agreed to doHad she declined to purchase any of the products, there would have been no charge for the free demonstration and customer was not required to put down a deposit or to provide credit card info prior to receiving the free demonstration
When customer returned to the store that same evening requesting a refund she was within her rights to receive a full refund for her purchase, (no questions asked) and a refund should have been processed for herand the sales staff during that shift has been advised of this
Our store manager, ***, has already spoken with the customer last week instructing her how and where to return her products for a refund since she has already departed the islandsOnce her products are received in the mail we will process a full refund (Customer has acknowledged this via email communication with our customer service dated 2/1/2014)
As for the customer experiencing itching and burning on her face later that evening - it is extremely rare that we receive a report of this nature from one of our customers, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience

The customer came back to our location to return the products. Our return policy is "30 days full refund for any unopened product"

Horrible experience!! I purchased products while on vacation from their location, the products are horrible and there is no way to reach them to discuss return options. DO NOT buy anything from this shop - they are pushy sales people that I have found do not stand behind your product, as there is no way under the sun to reach them. I have contacted the Gratiae corporation and the vivo per lei corp and neither have followed up with contact information for this location!

Review: We purchased gratiae skincare product for $434.00 at that time the sales manager reassured us that it has a 30 day money back guarantee, not even 2 hours of our purchase we decided that we would return the product due to the expense, while attempting to return the product the sales manager [redacted] opened the facial cream and stated that the product had been used and was opened. It had not been used nor opened but by the sales manager. also we noticed that all the other products were completely sealed with cellophane and the one he sold us was not sealed at all, then proceeded to say that some come sealed and some do not. Which is why we do not understand why he opened our product and denied us of our return. I feel I had been taken for a ride with this company. He also was wheeling and dealing trying to return it for a partial payment which was ridiculous due to the product not even making it out of the mall.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, product is still in the same condition he sold it as.
