Review: Business in mall talked me into purchasing $6,000 worth of beauty products. I was literally sick about it the next day and every day since. Purchase was made Jan 13, 2013. I also conducted research and found same products on line for half or more than what I paid for product. I went back to speak with manager ([redacted]) the next day and he told me I cannot get refund. I showed him prices and website where I found same products for considerably less and he said company policy cannot give me any refunds or price adjustments. He gave me a few more bottles of products and said that was all he could do. There was a small sign by the register that says no refunds which I didn't see and he never pointed out to me. Also says at bottom of receipt which again I never knew until next day when I went back for refund or price adjustment. I was literally robbed of $2500 + if you just compare prices off Internet at Gratiae of Europe. Products are even considerably less by purchasing from [redacted] stated [redacted] does not sell same product but I purchased one item and it is identical. He "claimed" he didn't know about other website (gratiae-Europe). It is ridiculous that I was unable to return product within 24 hours when I spent $6k. My husband was livid and insisted that I return everything. I explained all of this to [redacted] but no refunds. This is not how a business should operate. I would like at a minimum for this company to be investigated. I also question if it is even legal to overcharge so much? They took advantage of a vulnerable customer and that is not a way to run a business. I would like to know if I have any recourse in this robbery and how I can get the word out to other people so this doesn't happen to them.Desired Settlement: Cost variance of what I spent vs online is $2482. This is on the high end as I could have purchased via [redacted] for much less. I have receipts however the ink rubs off very easy so not real legible. I charged products so can produce charge card bill but that would only be total. I have all bottles I purchased as well as a written breakdown of prices I paid for each product vs what I could order same products online.
