Review: On February 09, 2014, [redacted] from Gravel Hill Septic Tank came out to my house to pump out my septic. He said the charge would be $185, but after he finished he charged me $500 because he had pump out more than he expected. He also said I either a problem with my distribution box or fields lines. He said if it is my box he could repair it for $600. I told him I didn't have $600. On February 11, 2014, I had [redacted] from [redacted] come out and he said [redacted] didn't pump out my septic tank. I paid [redacted] $225 to pump out my tank. [redacted] inform me that [redacted] was not suppose to be pumping out septic tanks because he did not have a license. [redacted] said the only person that was suppose to touch the distribution box was a person from the Health Department. I called [redacted] an explained to him what [redacted] told me and that I wanted his license number and a full refund of $500. He refuse to give me a refund and his license number.Desired Settlement: A full refund.
