Owner "John" is completely rude to customersCan't take time to let you know status of your repair because "it's to hot out"Then tries to blame customer when Tractor he serviced won't start one day laterBe very specific about what you want done otherwise they will pad bill with hours and parts that weren't requiredI sent in because wouldn't start and to Tuneup-(oil change and blades sharpened) They had for almost weeks and tried to charge me $for parts and $for laborMy tractor still won't start and he won't honor service warranty to fix

DO NOT, under any circumstances, deal with Gravely of Hockessin if it is possible to avoid. It is fine to buy Gravely equipment there, as the dealer has nothing to do with the quality of the equipment. Get it serviced somewhere else. In 10+ years, I have logged less than 300 hours on my 36" walk-behind and spent more in service with Hockessin than I paid for the tractor. At least now I understand their business model, which is to take advantage of people who just want to get their lawn cut and their mower won't start even though Hockessin Gravely just serviced it. They have you over a barrell and take advantage of that every chance they get.
