Review: Graver's pruner was instructed to remove 5 ft away from a wide [redacted].
At the beginning of pruning when I noticed that the pruner was taken off more than
he was instructed , I stopped the job, and the bucket was lowered, and told him to take it easier, and cut away less.
The worse is in the front of the tree, were there once were branches that were
encroaching the utility lines about 6 inches away,.
Now the branches have been cut so much that the ends of the branches are 12 feet away. I was not listened too. He was adamant in his ways.
The front on the tree looks like it was excessively mutilated.
It looks horrible. I am very upset.
The owner has been notified.
He offered to reduce the charge.
I have contacted a couple of consulting arborists who have looked at the tree and said that a carnage had taken place..
I am seeking legal action against him now.
I want to file a complaint against Graver Tree Care Inc.

In response to the complaint I received from [redacted] of [redacted]. The trim crew made an appointment with Mr [redacted] for June 26 2015 which he agreed to. He told the men to take off a good 5 feet from all around the tree. The men had explained this was too much and wasn't advisable but Mr [redacted] insisted saying the neighbor next store stripped his tree and it all came back fine. As the men did the job Mr [redacted] started to be upset with the amount that was taken off. But it was what he had said. He later made a comment to my men saying they were right by telling him he shouldn't have done this. As it stands now Mr [redacted] hasn't returned my calls to have a meeting about the tree and what can be done. It is actually filling out now nicely. I seem to get the feeling that Mr [redacted] just doesn't want to pay for the job. My men are adament in what Mr [redacted] told them what to do. These men do hundreds of trim jobs all year long and get nothing but praise. I have every confidence that the tree will be fine and have some suggestions for Mr [redacted] but I can't seem to talk to him live and in person.
