In response to complaint # [redacted] : Unfortunately for Graves Broseverything that Ms [redacted] expressed in her complaint is true We did fail to hook up the bath fan at the initial time of her roof being installed After being contacted by her regarding mildew we inspected and found no mildew in her attic She did have a few spots on the bathroom ceiling that she was treating We did drop the ball in regards to communication over the holiday weekend - we had scheduled our installed to do the work of connecting the fan on Sunday between 8:- 10:am Our installed claims he left her a message saying he would not be able to make the scheduled time and Ms [redacted] states she never received such a message The fan has now been hooked up and we have extended our apologies along with a gift card for her time wasted We try very hard to keep our customers happy and to provide great servce and have been successful in doing so for the last years, unfortunately her complaint regarding wasting her time is valid, but the main issue of the fan has been resolved Thank you -

In response to complaint #[redacted]:
Unfortunately for Graves Bros. everything that Ms. [redacted] expressed in her complaint is true.  We did fail to hook up the bath fan at the initial time of her roof being installed.  After being contacted by her regarding mildew we inspected...

We try very hard to keep our customers happy and to provide great servce and have been successful in doing so for the last 37 years, unfortunately her complaint regarding wasting her time is valid, but the main issue of the fan has been resolved.
