To address *** complaint, upon speaking to *** initially I asked her which seed mix she would like to use on the banks which her options were highway mix flowers or triple mix flowers which looks good and is excellent for
erosion controlShe advised me that she only wanted lawn mix *** I explained to her that in order to use lawn seed she would have to mow it once it grew 3" high and then fertilize which makes the grass roots grow deeper and thicker*** I gave her the seed that she asked for and then provided her with a care sheet for lawn seed which explains thisI am not responsible when the care has not been taken for proper seed growthAgain, this is the seed she specified when I recommended the others for banksThe amount she paid me for the Hydroseeding service was $*** tax included which I have the receipt attached
I did not hire, supply, or get paid for the topsoilI did give her names of people who supply topsoil that she could get quotes fromI have no control over weeds that are in topsoil but when using lawn seed if the proper care and maintenance are adhered to the new grass chokes out the weeds and the grass takes rootWhen using the highway mix and triple mix, no care is needed, it's maintenance free
I have been in business for years and take pride in the quality of my workI have never had a complaint and if the care sheet which I provide is adhered to I give a year warranty on my productI have attached a care sheet

I definately do not accept this response*** *** *** I gave him $*** *** *** I said that I needed a receipt for my files he said he could only give me a receipt for $***and told me I had to go after the topsoil man for other amountI did not deal with the topsoil person because he (***) said not to worry that he would take care of the hiring and the payment for the soil in which he didI called the topsoil person (***)*** that he was not able to give me a receipt because I did not pay him but *** did*** *** *** *** ***
