Gravis Marketing helped me win an election. I worked with Doug K, he is a unique individual. K is top notch, a brilliant strategist.

I agreed/paid for campaign (IN 4 WKS!) ROBO call thru Randy S @ Gravis Mrktg & NOBODY EVER received the ROBO call! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I paid $200 to Randy S for campaign ROBO call and a list of contacts he was sending them to. Nobody eber got the robo list which I recorded and submitted on Tues Aug 14, 2017. I emailed and called Randy bc I was asking members who should've received the call from the list if they received it and everyone was telling me they never received the ROBO call!! I let Randy S know and he said I was wrong. I also told him I could print the list appropriately and that I could read the list but for some reason it wouldn't print out on my printer & he told me to "go find someone who knows what they're doing then!" and repeated this in emails to me! I asked him to send the ROBO call again and he said no! I asked him to mail the list to me and id pay the postage and he AGAIN said no! I asked him to at least send it via email to *** so I could pay them to print it and he claimed he did but *** contacted me after I asked them if they received it and they never received it!!! businesses cant take money from consumers and NOT provide their end of agreement!!!! its wrong and I told him he needed to simply send ROBO again or else I was reporting him to Revdex.com and he did not care. I have a Campaign in 3 weeks and this needs to be addressed bc I NED THE ROBO call to go out to residents & CANNOT AFFORD TO HIRE ANOTHER CO to do this as he is responsible for sending that call!!!!! (not to mention the list!!)NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTN!!

Desired Outcome

I NEED THE ROBO CALL TO BE BE SENT ASAP AND I NEED THE LIST MAILED TO ME. TIME IS OF ESSENCE.

Gravis Marketing, Inc. (Gravis) is sending information in response to Revdex.com CASE#:***, a complant from customer *** (Customer). A timeline of communication is provided along with supporting documnets to prove service was requested from Customer, signed off on by Customer, approved by Customer, paid for by Customer and service was fullfilled by Gravis Marketing, as ordered by Customer.

8/9/17 Customer *** was quoted by Gravis Marketing Representative Randy for robocall service $200 for 1 round of robocalls to 1348 voter phone numbers

8/10/17 Customer emails Gravis Rep "OK lets go!"

8/11/17 Customer confirms she would like 1 round of robocalls for $200 now and will do 1 round in a few weeks for $100. She wanted to pay and get the calls out same day, on 8/11/17.

8/11/17 Gravis Rep sent customer invoice and General Service Agreement and emailed customer to state this.

8/14/17 Gravis Rep sent email to customer to follow up with order. Customer replied with yes her computer was down and she would like calls to go out same day. Customer signed General Service Agreement.

8/15/17 Customer paid invoice #*** by check for $200. Robocalls were complete at 5pm. Out of 1,348 calls, 997 answered making it a 73.9% connect rate after Redials (see attachment-robocall report).

8/16/17 Customer claims no one received the robocall and she was not able to open the excel file to view and print the list. Gravis Rep emailed the list to Staples per customer request, Staples confirmed receipt.

8/17/17 Gravis rep emailed customer the final detailed call report with timestamps for each call made.

8/20/17 Customer's friend *** contacts Gravis by email to inquire about service provided to *** (see attachment- *** emails).
