We signed up for a free home energy audit with Gravitate to Green at the Phoenix Home Show. Mr. Mike B[redacted] came out and we decided to purchase a duct seal, attic insulation, energy efficient pool pump & sand filter, and solar panels. Gravitate to Green had their partner Global Wide Green (aka [redacted], [redacted], ** [redacted]C) perform the work, run by Randy & Janae A[redacted]. Two young men did the duct seal & insulation, skipping many spots. We had the [redacted] come to inspect their work, and the [redacted] found numerous issues and required the contractor to come back and fix them. We decided to cancel the solar panel contract, but had already paid for the pool pump & filter. The pump & filter didn't go smoothly; they came with the wrong model filter, a much cheaper one and tried to argue it was similar enough to what we had ordered. We insisted they get the correct model. When they got the correct model, two men not fluent in English installed it so we had a hard time communicating. We asked them if they had calibrated it & they replied yes. Immediately we noticed the pump & filter didn't do a great job filtering the pool & started up at a very high power, but our concerns were dismissed. A year later, our pool pump & filter began to slow down, the vacuum didn't move & water features dribbled because there wasn't enough pressure. It took numerous calls to [redacted] and [redacted] to get them to send a repair person out. They hired Leslie's Pool Service, who upon arrival notified us that [redacted] had not yet paid them. Leslie's verified there was a problem, but more concerning was they found the pump wasn't calibrated & the high speed start could burst our pipes. Work needed to be done to figure out the problem, but [redacted] refused to pay Leslie's to investigate the problem & wanted to perform it themselves, so we agreed to a reasonable time frame. [redacted] was also supposed to send [redacted] for calibration. 3 months later we had a green pool & no response. Eventually, we put enough pressure on [redacted] (online reviews, threat of lawsuit) that they paid [redacted] to install a brand new filter, and we haven't had any problems with the new filter. When the complaint came in, I immediately called your location and was informed by your representative that I could contact the homeowner directly to settle the dispute. After receiving that information, I called [redacted] at 12:59pm on Monday, February 8, 2016; she did not answer the phone so...

I left a voicemail letting her know that I put her on our Do Not Call list and apologized for the inconvenience. I also asked her to please give me a call back directly to ensure that she got the message and letting her know that we were not a scam. I did not hear back from her; I took it upon myself to give her one final call for the evening. I called her back on the same day at 6:48pm; she answered the phone and I introduced myself. She said that she received the voicemail and said she did not feel like calling me back. I proceeded to let her know that she was on our Do Not Call list and she kept repeating "Put me on your Do Not Call list." Before I could tell her a final time and to resolve this complaint I had to let her that she was on our Do Not Call list. She hung up before I could complete the statement about her being on our Do Not Call list. Please contact us if there is anything else you need.
