On Feb 24, I ordered some products from Gravitech's websiteMy company's credit card was charged the same dayDespite the fact that their website claimed stock for the products, they were not deliveredGravitech would not respond to my phone messages or emailsTheir 800-number is useless and is probably created as a prerequisite for registration, but there is never a live person thereNot they respond to emailsFinally, on 3/25/when I could wait no longer for my purchase or response, I bought replacement products elsewhere and emailed Gravitech about cancellation of the orderThey responded that the product was shipped the day it was cancelledOn 4/they informed me that my order "has been processed for refund"I don't know what "processed" means, because days later (April 27th) there is still no refund Now it is the same old story- no response to phone calls or emailsCustomers, beware!!!

Despite the fact that their website claimed stock for the products, they were not delivered. Gravitech would not respond to my phone messages or emails. Their 800-number is useless and is probably created as a prerequisite for registration, but there is never a live person there. Not they respond to emails. Finally, on 3/25/16 when I could wait no longer for my purchase or response, I bought replacement products elsewhere and emailed Gravitech about cancellation of the order. They responded that the product was shipped the day it was cancelled. On 4/416 they informed me that my order "has been processed for refund". I don't know what "processed" means, because 23 days later (April 27th) there is still no refund. Now it is the same old story- no response to phone calls or emails. Customers, beware!!!
