THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE !!THE PRODUCT'S DON'T WORK!! They claim when you place your order there is a section that tells you have 14 days to cancel product or you will be charged the full retail price. I didn't see anything that said such a thing and if it was there you obviously needed a magnifying glass to see it. I called within the 14 days to cancel but I was still charged 108 dollars that they took of my account. When I called and complained about it they told me, well you had 14 days to cancel the product, which I did! I told them repeatedly that I cancelled and the product doesn't work and I what my money back. The operator just kept repeating he same rehearsed line over and over again, about how it's past my 14 days even though I cancelled within the 14 day period. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT DOESN'T WORK. THEY ARE THIEVES. Notice they gave the same response to everyone's compliant no matter what was said. That response to me reads SORRY SUCKERS WE'VE GOT YOU'RE MONEY AND YOU'RE NOT GETTING IT BACK!!

SCAM - they use your $5 mailing/shipment card for automated orders and make it difficult to cancel

Called and returned product after receiving second order in mail that I did not order. I noticed automatic withdrawal from bank account for 93.21 and called them on 04/10/2020. I explained to her that I did not like the product and it did not work for me and that I wanted to return product. She gave me the return address and I asked, "When will I get refuned?" She said, "Good question, you will receive refund 3-5 business days after we receive the product. I mailed back two products back on 4/20/2020 costing me another $4.90 and my lunch break from work. I called back on 5/21/2020 and asked about my refund. She pulled my account up and said, "You did not have an RA number on return and will not be getting refund. I said, "Where is the product now?" She said, "We have it but you should have had an RA number." I told her when I called the first time and she gave me the address to return, she did not mention and RA number. After I mentioned Revdex.com, they offered 35% refund, then 50% and then 75%. I declined and informed them I was reporting them to you guys.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards

I was shocked to find a charge of $106.57 on my Capital One credit card from this company. I saw on TV that *** had created a skin product and was giving away a 30-day complimentary gift of it IF the customer paid the $5.45 shipping and handling. I called the phone number given, put the $5.45 on my credit card, was billed that amount which I paid, of course.

The next month I saw a charge for $106.57 on my credit card that I did not recognize and it was from this company. My credit card reversed the charges and ordered me a new credit card, thinking my current one had been compromised. Gravity restored the charges on the next month, stating they had sent the products to me and they had been delivered. TWO IMPORTANT DETAILS were NOT mentioned in the ad nor when I called: That if I did not call in 18 days after receiving the product, I would be charged full price of $106.57 AND that I was now put on an automatic monthly order and would be charged the $106.57 every month.

Capital One made a conference call with them and myself and they refused any refund and also refused to let us talk with a supervisor. I called them again today and try to get past the original phone person.....no dice, absolutely not!

Capital One advised I contact Revdex.com and here I find the company has an "F" rating and 22 complaints. I now join that crowd.

To whom it may concern, We regret to see this complaint and would like to first
apologize for your experience. We were able to locate an account for you. Our
records indicate that you purchased our trial subscription on March 5, 2020 for
the cost of shipping and handling. We do not offer a sample size, so after your
trial period concluded, you were then charged for the products which were sent
to you and added to our monthly subscription program per the terms of the trial
offer.Upon further review of Ms. account, we can confirm a
dispute has been posted to your account, which prevents us from issuing refunds
on that charge in order to protect the consumer from accidentally committing
fraud when they receive a refund from both our company and their financial
institution. Since the disputed amount for $106.57 was done before attempting
to reach out to our customer service department to rectify the account, we were
unable to issue the credit back. However, for the charge of $96.45, we have
gone ahead and issued a full refund since no dispute had been posted to that
transaction. Please allow 3-10 business days to see this credit reflect into
the account on file. We sincerely apologize for your experience and hope this
will resolve your complaint.Regards,Customer Support

I didn't see anything that said such a thing and if it was there you obviously needed a magnifying glass to see it. Well that cost me 108 dollars that they took of my account. When I called and complained about it they told me, well you had 14 days to cancel the product if you didn't what it and you ordered the product in January. I told them that it's now MAY that is 90 days later. I told them repeatedly the product doesn't work and I what my money back. The sales operator just kept repeating he same rehearsed line over and over again, about how it's past my 14 days. Then to add even more salt to the womb she had the nerve to give apology right before she said I can't give you your money back it's past 14 days. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she gave me the same rehearsed line verbatim. Again it has BEEN 90 DAYS and they just STOLE my money out of my account MAY 6th.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT DOESN'T WORK. THEY ARE LIERS AND THIEVES. Notice they gave the same response to everyone's compliant no matter what was said. That response to me reads SORRY SUCKERS WE'VE GOT YOU'RE MONEY AND YOU'RE NOT GETTING IT BACK!!

I order a "free trial" for skin cream and eye serum, for which I was charged $11.32 in shipping. I received the items, but I was charged full price them two weeks later! I have learned, the hard way, that this company and its advertisements are a scam! Not only did I not sign up for automatic shipping of their creams, I can no longer find their Facebook advertisement to prove that I did NOT authorize automatic debits to my bank account in the amounts of $98.67; $92.52; $98.47; and $102.61, under four different business names: SELF LOVE BEAUTY, CAPTIVATINGLAME, ICONIC WONDER and HONESTLYBEAUTYSKINCR. A search of Facebook indicates that the advertisement is no longer available. I called the number at the GRAVITY THEORY SKINCARE website and was on hold all day. I also tried the customer support email address, only to have the email returned, indicating that the email address does not exist. How are they allowed to practice business in this manner?!!!
An online search of this issue reveals countless similar stories. I feel so foolish. I never received free trials, rather I was charged for the items and then charged again a month later!!! I have mailed back the items, factory sealed. Others who were able to get through were informed that there are NO REFUNDS. My only protection from further theft of my money was to cancel my credit card. There has to be someway to stop these people! As a retired person, the loss of almost $400 is significant. I would be most grateful for any help you can provide.
Wishing you good health.

To Whom It May Concern,After reviewing Ms.’ complaint, we want to apologize
for any confusion she may have had when she placed her order. We offer a trial
period for our products, we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply
for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once
the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of
the product you received per the trail agreement that is accepted upon
completing the order. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because
of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product,
and want to continue seeing their results. Furthermore, the descriptions for the charges are just billing descriptors and do not reflect the product purchased.

Upon reviewing Ms.’ account, it looks like she
purchased her trial on March 5, 2020 – and once the trial period ended, Ms.
did not attempt to reach out and was billed the retail price of the products
she received. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the
inconvenience this may have caused. As of May 5, 2020 Ms. has been refunded for her products, her total
reimbursement is $392.27. Please allow 3-7 business days from May 5, 2020 for the refunds to post in the
account where the funds were debited. If the credit card on file has been
cancelled, the financial institution will release the funds into the account,
but may take 24-48 hours longer to process. We are committed to providing our
customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope
this resolves Ms.' concern.Sincerely,Customer Support

Company placed at least 3 unauthorized charges on my credit card that they are not refunding after I agreed to a trial of their product, and nothing more.

Contrary to the businesses response, I absolutely cancelled their products within the 30 day trial period even though, again contrary to their report, I received no reminder email to do so. I realized immediately that these products were subpar, called their customer service department to cancel and was assured by their representative no additional charges would occur. This is an untrue and false statement by this company, so therefore I was charged incorrectly per their own guidelines for products and a membership I asked be cancelled. I am entitled a full refund for all products I was charged full price for as I met the requirements they outlined in their trial period and am requesting this occur immediately.

If this company would review their phone records, they would see that I called their customer service within 14 days of receiving this product and cancelled the subscription and any additional products, so therefore I followed their guidelines and am entitled to a full refund.

My question for Gravity Theory is: have you reviewed your telephone records to verify that your claim is supported by objective data? Because if you did, you would see your stance is not a truthful one as there has to be a record of my phone call.

Based on other complains I see for this company, I can see I am not the only customer that has received unauthorized charges from this company. That can be on their conscience to run a fraudulent business but I am in completely in the right to request my payment be refunded.

I ordered Gravity Theory on a one time basis.
Well I got the trial products, The GT eye serum and the Ageless Deep Hydration Face Cream. The cream and eye serum are no big deal They are just another Fix Your Skin come on.
Then out of the blue I get a second shipment of the same.
Tried the phone number, listened to music forever. Hung up tried again and I was disconnected. I sent them an email about all of this and want any monthly program they got me into canceled. They “promised”, A prompt response to their customer. Well so much for that idea.My. Next attempt is send a letter via U.S. Mail. God knows how that will turn out. Wish me luck, it is obvious I’ll need it, as I am not the only one disgusted with this lack of customer service.

This product sucks. And they used Angelina *** to rope into trying the trial. I LOOKED to see for membership and/or extra and added on charges in the future and could not find any. I could not find a page to access my account. I feel bad for the people who do not catch this and this is who these predator retailers are hoping for. Please look into this company and it's product.

This business uses very unscrupulous and dishonest business practices to lock unsuspecting customers into an ongoing " subscription contract " which charges them nearly $100 per month for 1 oz. of a cream .
First they offer a free sample for the $4.95 cost of shipping . However buried in the " mice print " is a statement that there consumer is agreeing to enter into the ongoing subscription if they fail to cancel within a set number of days .
The sarges then begin and keep coming . When the misled consumer calls to demand that the supplier cease and desist from charging them each month the outsourced call center operators start to read off legal language to the consumer .
What type of legitimate company operates this way ?! the and. is NONE !!

Hi
I just wanted everyone who is considering buying this Anti-Aging product to know it is a ongoing scam
They say in the advertisement
Just try it for 30 days
You need only pay shipping and handling
They don’t say
They will use your billing information
FroM your previous shipping cost to bill you the FULL COST of the product/products the company sent to you
For “FREE”
Only shipping and handling charge
My bank notified me that the company was taking the Full Cost if 2 products
They previously sent me for free
And the 30 day trail period had NOT even ended
I am in dispute currently
I will return the unused product-even though that was never part of the agreement
I just want this to end
And get my money back (from billing me for the products)
Which the company took without my permission

To Whom It May Concern,
Our records indicate that Ms. started her trial with us on January 31, 2020. Once her trial ended, she was charged the regular retail price for that product she already received. There was a chargeback on her account, which typically freezes her account on our end from issuing any refunds to avoid potential fraud by receiving a double reimbursement.. We also can confirm that the account is in fact cancelled and she will not receive future products.

I have had nothing but problems with this company beginning October 2019 when I saw an online ad for a trial of their skin care product. We have gone back and forth because of their deceptive and somewhat fraudulent billing practices which have been resolved.

But I will not allow Gravity Theory Skin to jeopardize my health or any one else for the sake of profit and gain. My trial product arrived in a plain new envelope; however, the container INSIDE THAT CLEAN ENVELOPE was dirty, dented, and sticky. When I opening the actual skin cream container I noticed brownish-green flecks of an unknown substance around the inside of the lid.

I then called Gravity Theory and demanded a refund of all my money (approx $200) I had been charged. I was inform they would replace the product but would not refund my money. I told them that was not acceptable. The products they sent looked to have been previously used, dirty, and a health hazard and I refused to use them I would return them and never use their products ever! They still refused to issue a refund.

Here we are - I am filing this complaint against their company.

Dear Revdex.com Serving Denver/Boulder,We have received and regret to see this complaint and would like to first apologize for ***’s experience. We have thoroughly searched our listing of customers and were able to find a customer profile for ***. Our records show that she made a purchase for our trial subscription deal on October 17, 2019 for the cost of shipping and handling. After her trial period concluded, she was then charged for the products which were sent to her and added to our monthly subscription. To better serve her and as a courtesy, we have already refunded her account on February 6, 2020 at 2:31 PM for a charge of $93.79 and $98.87. We humbly ask that she please allow this to overshadow her previous experience and accept our sincerest apology for this.Kind regards,Rush Remedy Customer ServiceTell us why here...

Very unprofessional organization. First of all, I declined the eye serum that they tried to add to my online face cream order, but it still charged me for BOTH products’ “shipping charges.” In addition, You do not have a chance to read the terms and conditions before you put your credit card info in, and so you don’t know that you will be charged $30 for the face cream AND whatever the retail is for the eye cream you didn’t want in the first place after a mere 14 days. When I finally found a phone number to call, there were people in the background, like a family or a group of friends having an informal conversation in a foreign language, and the agent kept having me hold the line at least 7 times as she came back over and over with a further discount and a new deal! I started out just wanting them to rescind the eye product purchase, but I ended up telling them to cancel my entire order after they kept me on hold and kept coming back with a new deal! This continued even AFTER I told them I wanted out of th we order entirely! They ended up telling me that they wouldn’t charge me anything, but we’re sending the 2 products anyway??!! I have no idea why, since I had just ordered online 10 minutes before!

Gravity Theory Response • Apr 22, 2020

To Whom It May Concern,
After reviewing Ms. order we are truly sorry the eye serum was added but there is a no thank you option on the website if the customer does't want the product. Our agent was trying to give a discounted rate on the products and Ms. declined. The account was cancelled at that time. The customer was still sent the products for only the shipping charge. We value our customer's and try our best to make them satisfied.

DO NOT TRY FACE CREAMS FROM GRAVITY THEORY, SR SIMPLY RESTORE, ULTRA SK - FALSE ADVERTISING & SCAM
This experience has been a frustrating one, the company has false advertising and changes their name so users can't trace them. You also can't find the company name or contact information on the site. I thought I was paying $4.95 for a free trial face cream (of which they add another eye cream on for $4.95) and then they hide terms in a link you separately have to click on about signing you up for a subscription in 14 days (of which you don't even receive the product until 7 days) for $98.87 and $93.79 and they automatically charge your card. Revdex.com please help stop this so other users do not fall into the same trap. Here is what happened:

1) I wanted to try the new face cream from a shark tank episode (the company on this link was initially Gravity Theory but has already changed)
https://www.beautyclue.com/products/shark-tank-episode-anti-aging-facial-moistur... />
2) It took me to the follow site to try the product (now a different site) http://gravitytheoryskin.org/ I ordered the product, took about a week to arrive and there was ZERO information in the order I received about the automated subscription starting. So in another week I got an alert on my credit card for a potential fraudulent activity, which is when I was notified of the $98 and $93 charges. When I called to get the charges taken off, they said they don't do refunds, very rude and unprofessional and that I should have known to click a separate link showing the hidden terms. They did give me some money back after I said I would report, but not the full amount. I've never seen a company like this go out of their way to scam people.

3) NOW When you click on ORDER NOW (to get Gravity Theory) it takes you to a completely different site to order SR Simply Restore - what the heck?? https://www.trysimplyrestore.com/k1/index.php?affId=0C714802&c1=1z40c92f8gun&c2=...
