Re:  Customer, [redacted]       Vin #[redacted]  -  2015 Nissan Armada Gray Daniels Nissan complimentary helped Ms [redacted] by inspecting the tire pressure of her tires and putting air in each at the recommended level of 35psi.  We will gladly recheck the air pressure and inspect her tires, if she wishes to come back for service.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: they are not being truthful. I made an appointment to have my truck checked  I was never informed to get out of the truck to have the truck serviced until I complained that the light was not going off. When I arrived, I asked the male person if if was going to check me in and he said he didn’t need to  do so. I sat there for at least 15 minutes being ignored. I(the customer) was told to grab one of the guys and ask them to check my tires.. seriously?? I could have gone to Chevron which is what I did when I left. After sitting there, I had to get out and ask again for help. The female service person agreed to help.  She checked/aired the tires and I honestly thought that was it.  When the light didn’t go off I drove back around because I was concerned for my safety and the safety of my kids. She then said if I stayed it was going to be over 1.5 hours. What’s the purpose of making the appointment? After being treated that way, would you stay? I drove up at my appointment time, just like the 1st time I told them what I was there for and that I had an appointment. The male didn’t check me in, because he said he didn’t have to, and instructed me to find my own person to fix my tires. I did exactly what I was told and nowIm accused of refusing service. AMAZING!! To top matters off, now it seems that Gray Daniels doesn’t have the courtesy to apologize. Very interesting business tactic. At this point, I would love to speak with the manager.

Ms [redacted]
drove into Gray Daniels Nissan North drive-up lane on November 24, 2017 requesting
a service advisor to check her air pressure and adjust it due to temperature
changes.  Tire pressure light was on and
35 pounds of air pressure (psi) was complimentary placed in each tire.  Tire pressure light does not immediately go
off, as it normally will stay on several miles before the vehicle can reset
automatically.  Vehicle must be driven
prior to light going off once air is placed in tires.  Ms [redacted] never got out of her car during
air-up and refused to wait for her vehicle to go upon the lube rack for any
diagnostic.  If customer wishes to
return, Gray Daniels Nissan North will gladly recheck her tires.
