add on services that are not value added
Please do not purchase from this dealership. Gray Daniels adds on financial gap insurance and service contracts that are optional in written documents, but not verbally agreed to by the customer. People buying cars do not work have a detailed understanding of the process. Financial gap insurance is of little value to a customer with a high credit rating. National Toyota seems to have created MSRP, so that dealership have a somewhat level market, but this is a bad actor dealership that is adding on services that are not valued and not requested by their customers. I hope that National Toyota does an audit of sales and complaints for non valued add ons, as they are responsible for their dealerships.

Mrs *** purchased the car knowing that the tire light was on at the time of purchase and was told that I could be fixed at the Buick store because there where NO tire pressure monitors in the tiresShe has been in the dealership since the time of purchase herself and with her daughter and have
been told that she bought the car with nothing be owed to her as you can see by the signed document by here at the time of deliveryIf there is anything else I can do to assist please let me know.

The Response from the dealership was not the truth. My daughter never came back to the dealership with me. My son came with me the time of purchase. He referred me to the salesman personally. The salesman was off that day and came in to make the sale. I was not told at the time of purchase that it wouldn't be fixed. He assured my son that it would be. The salesman was told I wouldn't purchase it in that condition and that's when he made the bogus promise to have it taken care of.

The manager was rude and argumentative. The mechanic fixed the wrong thing on my car and charged me. Then put my car up to the machine to diagnose what the real problem was, yet refused to discount the price.

Just a warning: Customers should check their receipts very closely. They added a "misc." charge to an alignment service I had done. When I asked what it was for, nobody knew. It was removed, but I wonder how may people don't notice.
