Hello This complaint is not valid The company this complaint is about is NOT my company or customer Our company is an independent brokerage and does not have female employees Our company's website is similar but not the web address stated in the complaint I believe this complaint is meant for another real estate rental business that specializes in short term rentals in Waikiki (Hawaii Condo Resorts) This customer is unknown and I do not have any deposit money from this customer Our company does NOT have any rentals in the [redacted] and the properties we have in the main Ilikai are long term rentals, not short term weekly rentals Customer needs to correctly identify the company with whom they were booked and include their rental/reservation form with their complaint so the Revdex.com can file accurate complaints The person filing this complaint is unknown to me [redacted]

My boyfriend and I booked a week rental on the dates oct-1-2014/ oct-8-for the hawaiin monarch we arrive at the hawaiin monarch and was told we would have to stay at the marine surf for two days because the hawaiin monarch had "water damage"I asked the woman on the other end of the phone who was (EXTREMELY RUDE) how long had they known about the water damage that they didn't bother to notify us she said two hourstwo hours an you did not notify us? taking taxi's back and forth not to mention we booked through another woman who fail to inform us that the pick up of the key to the room was NOT at the hawaiin monarch or marine surf but it was at there office (another location) and not very closei asked three questions before booking this roomis there wifi? (i work from home)
is there a pool ?
can I receive mail ?
the pool was the only thing that was honest
this company is atrocious now I have been waiting for my deposit for THREE WEEKS!
and I received an email stating that it would be returned on oct but now it will be on oct okfine
now it is november 4th, I called and the woman would not stop speaking over me and refused to give me her bosses number his name is *** *** ? who then refuse to listen to me and even said ' I AM GOING TO HANG UP ON YOU NOW" I have worked in customer service for eight years and I have neverI plan on proceeding with the most stern legal process I am pregnant and I have a lot of time on my hands until I am treated like a human beingi am a hawaii resident I believe this company takes advantage of tourist

so sorry that you had to go through the lengths that you did to resolve this issue.
This was only brought to my attention recently.
I wish that you and I could have communicated regarding this to resolve it much sooner!
Please accept my sincere apology as you and I had many telephone conversations and emails prior to your securing your reservation
I felt we had built a honest relationship and I don't feel that I misguided you in any way. (I think my feelings are hurt)
The issues you stated in the Revdex.com complaint, I hope were more out of frustration than anything else.
Please feel free to contact me and again, I am very sorry we did not resolve this much more efficient manner.

Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc. has severe issues with its business practices with regard to our vacation rental arrangement from beginning with 1) the inquiry about security deposit and whether it is held in escrow,
2) payment of 30 days and getting only 29 days stay,
3) low standard of quality of rental -- website visuals of the unit's condition differs than actual condition,
4) unsubstantiated claim of damage and a reduction in the amount from the security deposit,
5) having received a refund for the above unsubstan-tiated claim the company continues to record it as a refund for damage,
6) the amount refunded is merely the balance for our full security deposit of $500.00
7) on arrival to pick up the key from a lock box, a call to the company's "emergency" telephone for help went unanswered
8) Hawaiian Condo Resorts, Inc. has been a diffficult company to deal. We hold the property manager/principal broker accountable. To the end, we
still are in the process of straightening out some of these problems with the Revdex.com intermediating.
