Larry G [redacted] the owner of Gray's heating and Air conditioning came out to my home times to evaluate the remodeling project and sent a first estimate and then based on a second meeting were we had started demolition on the house so he could review where current heat and cold air returns were located relative to the new floor planHe revised his quote and we came to an agreement and then contacted him weeks in advance of when I thought he could startwhich was May 18th He and his son showed up to do a walk through and then said there was a lot more work then what he expectedHe revised his quote for a 3rd timeThis new quote was over $more then the second quote with nothing added on my part just a revised quoteWe had a start date of May 19th and I received an email that he no longer wanted to complete the job because he had a better job come alongNot only was this a bait a switch from a cost standpoint even more impactful is the fact that it now sets my project back at least a month as I have to find someone new to complete the workI believe that Larry G [redacted] is not committed to good standard of business practice
