ManagementI understand Rent Check Property Management will provide proof of that before Christmas
*** *** needs to be more specific with any attachments requested relative to this complaintIf he is referring to a copy of the lease with the repair provisions, he was provided a copy of the lease at move inOr rather he should have kept a copy after he signed itWe were definitely not his agentsIf he is referring to the work orders performed at the property relative to the AC, he or his wife had to sign the work order upon completionThe notes would be includedAs well, the temperature differential is not conducive to an AC running or being worked onIt is recommended that the temperature outside be degreesBottom line, AC is not going to be replaced unless approved by the Warranty Co., which it has notIf He wants to take this to a higher level we will see him in courtAs well, in reviewing our notes, *** *** also called myself in a slanderous manner "Functionally rded." If the Revdex.com needs proof of the later we would be happy to provide the document.
As well, if the complaint issued by the consumer is made public knowledge, by all means please allow the public to see our rebuttal.
