Ordered an item from this business over a month ago, I was very patient. But when I never received my product, I contacted the business that ordered the item for me to get a status, they were just as surprised that I had not received the ALREADY PAID FOR item to include shipping!
After contacting the rude business, they (HE) stated that the item required more shipping costs, which he never contacted anyone to notify of this issue. After several attempts to resolve this shipping issue, he complained that the Fedex is more than an hour away and not sure when he will get around to shipping the ALREADY PAID FOR ITEM!
DO NOT expect speedy, reliable, friendly service from this business. If they knew that fed ex is more than an hour away from their home, then they should set up a schedule to ship once a week, ITS PART OF YOUR BUSINESS to ship. If you dont want to SHIP then DONT TAKE SHIPPING ORDERS!!
