the customer and after proper confirmation the order was  placed.  All the proper guidelines were followed before processing the payment and without customer's permission or authorization no charges can be processed. As we can see that customer is looking for a refund of her money per the desired settlement. We have proceeded with the same and refunded the money, the amount would reflect within 3-5 business days. We understand this is really frustrating and you have waited for a long time to get this resolved. paid $217.50 for - 'VMAK "Virus Removal" Computer Support with Virus Eraser Antivirus Software 1 Computer 1 Year' on 3rd of May, 2016. We apologise for the inconvenience caused but Virus Eraser do not call the customers even if they remove the product, if possible please provide the phone number from which you received the call and we will try our best to track that down. I am rejecting this response because: the people that I talked to told me they were techs from the company and would be able to install and erase all viruses.  I feel that the tech support has hacked my information and hurting my computer. Along with the virus protection because I now have another supposed virus on my computer and when I call the your virus company the gentleman told me there is nothing he can do about it

I am rejecting this response because:  I have not received any refund.  It is now June 10 of they have me a refund on the third I would have received it already.  I keep getting phone calls about my refund.  They tell me that I have to go to my computer and download a new program in order to get my refund.  I won't download anything from them.  When I asked for a physical check they told me I have to buy a $200 iTunes card from [redacted].  I told them in going to contact you again.

I am rejectinThey are the murchant and why haven't they sent me my check? We are sveral weeks past there promise of a refund. I now wish FULL refund as they failed to provide the service they promised and I was willing to do my part and helping to bring this matter to a close. They have nothiung past asking for me to accept their idea for a refund and they have failed to even make good on the $700.00 refund , I now want the full price of $1425.00

I am rejecting this response because: Virus Eraser said they would give me a FULL refund. To date, the transactions to my credit are as follows:  on April 10, 2016, Virus Eraser charged $607.50 to my credit card and ALSO on the same date charged $217.50 to my credit card. On April 11, 2016, Virus Eraser credited $607.50 back to me however, the $217.50 has NOT been credited.

As we can see that customer is looking for a refund of her money per the desired settlement. But as mentioned in the comment there is a dispute which has been filed which puts the money on hold. The money is no longer available with Virus Eraser/Reseller anymore, if the dispute was not filed we would have been able to close the concern in case customer was not ready to continue with the services; we will have to wait for any update from bank's end to proceed further in resolving the issue.Thank you.Regards,Team Virus Eraser
