Gray's Contracting

Didn't know where else to file this but I hope that someone sees it before hiring this contractor. I don't even want to bother filing a complaint or taking them to small claims court. My experience is almost the same as the complaint that has been filed, when I had a problem with their work, I couldn't get them to return my calls or come back to fix the problem. I had a new roof put on my dormer to stop leaking from ice dams. They assured me it would fix the problem and had a 5 yr guarantee. It did not. We had them back once to show where the problem was (around vent pipe that wasn't sealed properly and under where ice dams had formed). I was told the vent pipe had to moved away from the ice dams (???) and the other leaks where normal due to the ice dams (which were not supposed form and we would need further insulation). When they saw that their roof was leaking despite the guarantee, they skipped out on their obligation. I didn't want to even deal with them any longer (even if it was in court), so I got a real roofer to come and redo my entire roof, and has guaranteed the roof for a life time regardless of ice damns (and no moving the vent pipe!).
