yes I did leave the office upsert,for one it took almost weeks to get my glasses, after week and no glasses that's when they said the lab broke my frames at that point then did not inform me that they were ordering me UGLY black checker frames,so when they office calls weeks into the order that my glasses were in I was a bit shocked of the UGLY frames, I was highly upset and did not want to wait ANOTHER weeks to get a pair of glasses,I did calm down and called the office tp talk to the doctor the RUDE lady on the phone said he would not be in for days, so later that night I did write a letter to the doctor and took it to the office my self.I wrote how upset I was that for one it took all most weeks to get my glasses then when I got them they were some UGLY checker frames

The patient came in and ordered a pair of glasses on August 16, 2016 in the evening time.  We placed the order for her glasses the following morning.  On August 24, 2016 our lab called and stated that they needed us to order a new frame due to a defect in the original frame.  We...

ordered the frame the same day.  The frame was shipped from New York and arrived here on August 29th.  I called the patient and explained to her what was going on and that her order should be here by September 2nd and that we were going to refund her 50% of what she paid for the glasses.  Her glasses arrived on September 2nd and she was notified.  She came to pick them up, received her refund of $194.40 and stated that it was not the frame that she chose, but she is so over all of it and her socks are tied in a knot.  We offered to allow her to change frames, but we will have to have new lenses made to fit the new frame and she refused and left.
