The patient came in and ordered a pair of glasses on August 16, in the evening time We placed the order for her glasses the following morning On August 24, our lab called and stated that they needed us to order a new frame due to a defect in the original frame We ordered the frame the same day The frame was shipped from New York and arrived here on August 29th I called the patient and explained to her what was going on and that her order should be here by September 2nd and that we were going to refund her 50% of what she paid for the glasses Her glasses arrived on September 2nd and she was notified She came to pick them up, received her refund of $and stated that it was not the frame that she chose, but she is so over all of it and her socks are tied in a knot We offered to allow her to change frames, but we will have to have new lenses made to fit the new frame and she refused and left Thank you for your time Jill Grays Harbor Vision Clinic
