I would not recommend Grayson Homes for any home project as his workers can barely speak English and any problem will not be addressed when he said he would fix the hump in the flooring incorrectly installed We were told that the bamboo flooring would hold up well to water and that is not the case, Greg was not there when said but denies it Will not return my message to get the problem fixed

Grayson Homes installed flooring in my home. The work crew did a beautiful job and were very professional. After the job was completed I encountered a couple of problems and yesterday I reached out to the rep that handled the transaction. He was less than helpful or cooperative in handling my issues. I then reached out to the owner of the company and he was extremely polite and assured me the problems would be corrected. The crew showed up at my home this morning and quickly and efficiently corrected the problems. Give them an A+ Rating.
