Revdex.com:I called and left a message with the Revdex.com twice to cancel the complaint after I spoke with the property management company. The Revdex.com would not respond. I did not jump the gun, and I'm still waiting for the refund to credit to my bank account. But yes I will accept the business's response.
This issue has been resolved. The complainant jumped the gun a little in posting this complaint. A call was made by the complainant on July 3, which was a Sunday. The corporate office is closed on Sunday's, and as Monday was a holiday, the office remained closed. First thing Tuesday morning, July...
5th, the corporate office phoned the complainant and promised to rectify the problem by crediting the complainant's bank account. The complainant's bank account was credited $159. on July 6. In summary, this issue has been resolved, and the complainant should be very happy with the remedy. Thank you.
