I have been with Graze since very early in their serviceI have enjoyed their products and have had no trouble with deliveries or package contentsI've contacted customer service several times with questions (such as how to eliminate a specific ingredient from my box automatically, gift box questions, etc) and have gotten prompt, complete, accurate, and professional responsesI have had family and friends sign up as well and they are also pleased with their service at this time

I utilized this company for quite awhileI ordered a larger order ($about) and I didn't get my shipmentI inquired via email (apparently they don't have a phone)-- they refused to credit me and also instructed me to call the post office-- over $21!? My credit card company said this is unheard of and also they took the charges right offThe products are great but if you get themThe customer service is a nightmare

We received a letter with additional concerns from the customer regarding the subscription to graze and the charges on the account. We reviewed ID *** and while we stand behind our terms and conditions we are happy to refund the charge of $as a gesture of good will

I was told I would get a free trial box and if I liked it, I could order more to be delivered once a week or once a month I never received the trial box and today my credit was charged for two more boxes I have tried to call them, no phone number listedI tried to cancel on line, but not able to do that eitherl contacted
my credit card company They denied charges and changed my credit card

I am rejecting this response because:
I am returning the second box of snacksI did not want it nor was I going to pay for something I don't wantI simply wanted to try a sampleCredit my card for the amount of $Whether your a small business or large company your public
