Wanted them to do more work, did not see sick plants until after they had not come to take care of seeing me. I was sold sick plants, too late to fix.I did not even know the plants were sick, I called to give them new work. They must have stopped and seen they were sick. It is 6 months past the guaranty, but I was told by another profession the plants, at least one was sick when planted and the virus spread to three others. I contacted them 3 times, they will not reply. In addition I was charged for more mulch than was used, this is not honest. My property is being redone now and 2 yards of mulch are being used, they charged me for at $100 a yard plus labor.Desired SettlementPay for the sick plants and the overcharge for mulch as they said they sold me 3 or 4 yards when my property could not take more than 2 yards. The plants were $60 each ($240), the mulch was $100 a yard ($100 overcharge). Total $340.
