Review: I had signed up for a class on 12/01/2015, I found out I did not need the class so it was cancelled in less than 24 hours of signing up for it. It stated that I would be able to cancel the class, so I did. I only received half of my payment back, they stated that the other half was used to pay for placement fees. The return policy is not placed in a conspicuous area and when cancelling the class it did not state that only half of the payment would be returned. On 12/23/2015 I received a Bill for Services for $215.00. On 12/17/2015 I was charged $195.00 credit card chargeback fee and a $20.00 chargeback fee. I did not authorize this fee, I called and spoke to customer service and he informed me that he could not "zero out" my balance that it needed to be paid.Desired Settlement: I would like the balance to be zeroed out because I did not use their services.
