Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below MrG***'s response is emblematic of the problem he has presented me He admits the work is shoddy and needs redone and its completion is weather dependent, yet he waits a month to respond to the complaint; a month of good weather in which the work could have been completed A month like many more which have passed with nothing but empty promises We have entered into a contract to sell our home this date, which I told MrG [redacted] this summer So not only is the job not complete, it undoubtedly cost me money in the sale I am sorry he has family health problems We do alsoThat does not obsolve GRE of its responsibility nor should I have to continually contact him for any response what so everRegards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Mr. G[redacted]'s response is emblematic of the problem he has presented me. He admits the work is shoddy and needs redone and its completion is weather dependent, yet he waits a month to respond to the complaint; a month of good weather in which the work could have been completed. A month like many more which have passed with nothing but empty promises. We have entered into a contract to sell our home this date, which I told Mr. G[redacted] this summer. So not only is the job not complete, it undoubtedly cost me money in the sale. I am sorry he has family health problems. We do also. That does not obsolve GRE of its responsibility nor should I have to continually contact him for any response what so ever. Regards,

agree to do masonry repair at the [redacted] residence. The employees who performed the work did not complete the task to my or Mr. [redacted]s’ standards. The work needs to be redone. The men who did this work are no longer employed by GRE Services. I agreed to redo the job and rectify any other associated problems. However, there have been some very serious health issues in my family (which I explained to Mr. [redacted]) that required some of my time. Also, there have been employee issues.Mr. [redacted] was not invoiced or asked to pay for this job. I would still like to “make it right” with Mr. [redacted]. This job is weather dependent and may not be able to be completed until spring, as it not only involves concrete work but also exterior painting.Thank you,Scott * G[redacted]GRE Services
