that this resolution is satisfactory to me once I have received the refund in my account. I am unsure why batteries were mentioned or provided as the complaint was regarding a defective tank, not a battery issue. While I accept the resolution I continue to believe that this company dies not listen or respond in a fair or thoughtful manner regarding customer issues or concerns and only complies when the issue is forced through measures like these.
