Grease Busters

I wish I could give negative stars! I also wish I would have read these reviews before I went with them. Randy M[redacted] had to order a hinge kit for me. Said it would be in the next week. No call. I asked if it was in. He said yes it had come in the week before. Then I asked to schedule it. He also wouldn't schedule the cleaning until that was done. Then I kept asking and he scheduled and then cancelled. I finally texted today and asked who I should speak to. This is the text I got back. "I apologize. We won't be able to service your hood and fan. I thought we would be able to, however due to some labor issues we can't. Again I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

Wow, just wow. 3 weeks! Plus I doubt he really even had my hinge kit. I asked him where it is and he just ignores me. No reply. Very bad business practices!
