On June 27, 2015, we took our truck for an oil change at Grease Monkey on *** AveDuring the service, one of the workers came to us and asked if we would like to have the tires rotatedAs we had not done that since we purchased the tires, we said yesOnce the service was completed, we got in the truck and leftBefore we got out of the parking lot, the truck was making a sound that had not been there before the service, we thought the tires were not balanced, and the steering wheel was shaking really badWe then headed to *** for the nightAfter going through *** the truck started making and even worse noise, so we pulled over to look at the tiresWe could not see anything in the grass and drove to the next side road for further examinationUpon that examination of the tires, we found that one of the lug nuts was missing from the front passenger tire, and the remaining lug nuts on that tire were able to be tightened by handWe checked the rest of the tires and each tire had nuts that needed to be tightenedWe got to *** and went to the nearest shop to purchase a new lug nutWhen we tried to put it on, we found that the stem for the lug nut had broken off! We called Grease Monkey and they said that we could bring it in to get it fixedI spent days after that at Grease Monkey waiting to have it fixedThe first day I was there for 1/hours and the second day almost an hourThey broke another stem while they were trying to fix the first oneOnce the tires were finally fixed, I was able to leave the establishment, and I had missed days of work trying to get this taken care ofUpon walking out, the woman at the counter said that she would TRY to get me a free oil changeNo mention of even giving my money back for the poor service that they had provided, let alone the money that I was out from missing days of work to fix their errorHad that tire come off, we could have gotten in a wreck with severe repercussions

Grease Monkey has done nothing to correct the issue besides getting the broken lug nut stem off of the wheel and replacing it as well as the other lug nut stem that they broke while correcting the first issueWe were never offered our money back for the poor service that we received, we were never offered for them to compensate me for the days at work that I lost pay for because of their poor workmanshipThe woman at the counter said that she would try to get us a free oil change and that never even happenedWe have no intention of ever going back to Grease MonkeyWe have been a patron of theirs for many years, and this experience has made sure that we will never return to their establishmentGrease Monkey has done NOTHING to correct their poor service what-so-everBecause of what they did to our truck, we could have gotten in a wreck and been killed, and yet they still have done nothingIt is only right that they compensate us for the service that we paid for the day of this incidentWe spent our hard earned money at their establishment and expected to receive good quality service in return, and that did not happenI had to take time out of my own job to correct their mistakesI should also be compensated for that
I would like to get my money back for everything that I paid for that day that totaled $I would also like to get money for the work that I had to miss because of the poor service which totaled $I also think it would be a good idea for either the person that "supposedly" installed the lug nuts to be trained, or the place to not offer tire rotation againWe could have died in an accident had we not stopped to check the tires that they were supposed to have done correctly

I have called the company as they requested and must leave a message each time I callAnd as of today 9/13/15, I have still not received a response from the companyThis dispute has NOT been resolvedThe company refuses to contact me regarding this claim!!!

The last voicemail from this individual included the statement "if you aren't willing to give me everything I'm asking for, there's no reason to call me back"
We're disappointed that the interaction has taken this turn, and feel that this issue is closed
