We received your Revdex.com complaint about the pricing on your service on 8/7/17, invoice # [redacted] We apologize for confusion about our published price structure for our standard 5qt oil changes as the entirety of the pricing should have been shared with you at the initial point of greeting before your service For clarification, while most vehicles on the road are able to use the conventional oil, and most of our services are exactly $**, your Chevy Impala is required by a new, retroactive specification change by GM to use the [redacted] (or more expensive Synpower) Oil, or another DEXOSGenapproved oil Additionally, as is a industry standard, our oil change service prices include up to 5qts of oil and a standard oil filter Your vehicle specs require quarts of oil, so there was an additional charge for the extra quart While our responsibility to provide you the required grade of oil was upheld, we are very sorry that we did not communicate the pricing when you brought your vehicle, as is our policy We are addressing your complaint with our staff to make sure the conversation is had in full, every visit For resolution, we are more than happy to refund you the difference between a standard oil change and the [redacted] oil that was used That comes to $ [redacted] for the service overall and $ [redacted] for the extra quart Moving forward, we want to remain your choice for service on your vehicle Since your car is likely out of warranty at [redacted] miles, you can choose to use the standard Conventional oil change (which would be [redacted] for the 6th quart) or, as would be recommended by the manufacturer for the best life of your car, continue with the [redacted] at the same price as this visit.I see you paid with a credit card, so please contact me at [redacted] and we can issue a refund for the [redacted] extra charge from the [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted] __________________ [redacted] Financial ManagerExpress Care South Boston(Greased Lightning LLC)*** [redacted]

Poor service. I purchased a brand new battery from them. My car broke down the next day again. The battery was dead when I got someone to check it. Will not go back there for service again.
