I suggest cleaning the deck with a mold control product commonly sold in hardware stores.(2) They now say they never spoken to me, but stated previously they "have contacted them several times regarding the satisfaction and issues”?(3) stand on my first response regarding this matter.Rick D[redacted], General Manager.

Mr Joe Sulpulsky of the Building Inspection Underwriters based in Scranton, PA. In addition, a registered Architect, [redacted] certified the structure to be in compliance with the structural requirements needed. Any movement that has occurred is due to circumstances which we are not responsible. We offer a 3 year warranty on workmanship and materials and this project is well beyond that period.During the course of this project, numerous conflicts arose with this customer but were resolved. Due to the difficulty we experienced during this project, we have no desire to engage in any business relationship. I suggested to [redacted] when she called that she should seek the services of another contractor and that we are not responsible for the current condition of the project.We have on file approximately 8 pages of conflict documentation we can produce if necessary as well as the inspection report and the certification from the Architect.Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.Rick D, General Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
You ask the question what mold means. It means the entire deck it black instead of the color it should be and had black mold on it. I have never spoken to you and you recommend me to go to someone else. How and why should I pay someone else to fix your issues. That does not seem fair. It was your job and should have been done properly to start with. If you are willing to come out and fix your problems then please reimburse us for the problems you have caused and we will hire someone else.
