DATE 5-25-2015To ; The Revdex.comIn response to the "rejection” of my previous reply by the customer,(1) This project was completed years agoThere is no warranty regarding the existence of moldI suggest cleaning the deck with a mold control product commonly sold in hardware stores.(2) They now say they never spoken to me, but stated previously they "have contacted them several times regarding the satisfaction and issues”?(3) stand on my first response regarding this matter.Rick D [redacted] , General Manager

DATE 5-13-2015To ; The Revdex.comComplaint; "Deck is completely full of mode” (I'm not sure exactly what mode is?) Railing seems loose and unstable.We completed a Sunroom and deck installation for the ***'s in June of 2008, approximately seven years agoThis project was inspected by Mr Joe Sulpulsky of the Building Inspection Underwriters based in Scranton, PAIn addition, a registered Architect, [redacted] certified the structure to be in compliance with the structural requirements neededAny movement that has occurred is due to circumstances which we are not responsibleWe offer a year warranty on workmanship and materials and this project is well beyond that period.During the course of this project, numerous conflicts arose with this customer but were resolvedDue to the difficulty we experienced during this project, we have no desire to engage in any business relationshipI suggested to [redacted] when she called that she should seek the services of another contractor and that we are not responsible for the current condition of the project.We have on file approximately pages of conflict documentation we can produce if necessary as well as the inspection report and the certification from the Architect.Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.Rick D, General Manager
