Mr. [redacted] has contracted with [redacted] to do the repairs on his camper, however Mr. [redacted] is not set up with Crossroads RV as a repair facility. Mr. [redacted] has requested that I facilitate this with Crossroads and file the warranty. claims and pay him for the repairs once completed...

and paid. I am willing to do this as long as Mr. [redacted] is willing to come by the dealership and sign a " Hold Harmless" letter regarding this and any future repairs on his camper. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately, MrJames Atkinson's statement that we've contracted Mr[redacted] to perform the warranty repairs on our RV, is not true. We have not contacted anyone at this time to perform the repairs. Great Adventure RV contacted us on April 10, 2017, to inform us that they do not have the capability to perform the repairs on our RV. After immediately informing Crossroads RV, the manufacturer of our RV, of this, they provided us with a list of three RV dealers in our area that are capable of performing the repairs and we are in the process of determining which one of those to schedule the repair at
