As a broker we have no control over what carriers dowhen they dont follow thru it does cause problemsIn this case we were still able to get vehicle transported for customerWe had to get another carrier involved as the previous carrier/ driver sat on the vehicles rather than putting them on the road due to the time sensitive nature of the customers requestAs mentioned in our contracts once vehicles have been picked up or delivered to carrier customer gives up any right to the deposits if they cancel
