company that he was sending in product for a melt, due to arrive at our
facility Friday morning 5/22/We did not receive the product until 1:pm
Stephanie, of ABC Coins called facility and spoke with ***
and ***, she was told
her we were beginning process to handle lotTold her
at that time we could not wire same day, due to the time we received the
package and she was okay with that*** *** called at about 3:and was
upset that we could not wire him the same dayHe was told that it was too late
to wire funds as our cut off was 2:30.
And we would wire on Tue as Monday was a holiday. At this point Mr*** demanded that we
return his product to him
On Tuesday, after *** *** spoke with Mr***
and the decision was made to process the lot instead of returning it
Mr*** was paid within hours of his lot being
processed
Below is the response to his email from Phil Dodge,

you sent to *** *** this morning.
As President of Great American Mint
and Refinery, I have heard many concerns about your account and dealings.
We have locked the spot price for you and subsequently received the wrong
quantity of materials and even the wrong materials altogetherNot once but on
several occasions has this happenedLast I heard, your delivery of last week
was short because you inadvertently sent us a diamond soak instead of the karat
lot that was confirmed and hedged by our companyWe had to go through the
trouble of sending your lot back and then waited for its replacement, all the
while we had an open hedge position for your benefit. In addition, you
have been rude to my customer service representatives
After all the problems you have
caused my staff, you threaten my company with reports to the Revdex.com, your
attorney, etc.? And this threat is because for the very first time, a
wire was hours later than you anticipated? ***, you received full payment within
hours of receipt of your analysis
Your threats are the first my
company has ever received.

been closed and we do not wish to do business with you going forward.
