My mom ordered two Christmas mugs from the catalog, and when she received them, one of them had a chip in the handleThis year they also offered pre-paid certificates for photo productsI design photo books and calendars all the time, so I thought that would be a great option for usI ordered certificates for three calendars and our Christmas cardsI encountered nothing but problems with their software, and I use a computer that runs graphic design software so I know it was not my computerEither their software isn't designed properly, or their server is not adequate to handle the uploadsTheir customer service has been terrible and I have not been able to get answers to any of my questionsThe deadline they posted on their web site for delivery before Christmas was December I placed my order on December and only received one of my calendars before ChristmasAs of January I still have not received the third calendar or the Christmas cards, which obviously I can't even send out nowI just received an e-mail today (January 7) telling me my order was being processed, and to please allow 10-business days for processingI have tried calling them and using the contact form on their web site and get nowhere with them I can't in good conscience allow my son to sell products from this company again
